Start by contacting us via email, telephone or our online enquiry form. Based on the details you provide, we’ll give you an initial costing, subject to a site inspection. To obtain a more accurate quote quickly, we are more than happy to carry out a free site inspection immediately.
Site Visit (without obligation)
At a time that suits you, we’ll visit you to assess your site, take measurements and talk through all the options available to you. We’ll also offer expert advice on every aspect of your function, from marquee quee size, to the furniture and equipment you may require.
Quotation
You’ll receive a tailored quotation detailing all of your requirements. To help you visualise your event, we’ll also provide you with a detailed 2D floor plan and 3D CAD drawings. This gives you a clear picture of the layout, space and overall flow of your marquee set up.
Booking Confirmation
When you are happy to proceed, just return the booking form along with your holding deposit. We want to work with you to ensure your function is a complete success, so we’re always on hand to answer any questions or amend your requirements. We will confirm all details in writing, but you can still make changes to your order (subject to availability), as your plans evolve.
Set Up
The week prior to your event, we’ll contact you to finalise details and make arrangements for delivery and set up. To give you absolute reassurance, we offer a full back-up service – we are always at the end of the phone, or you may wish to have a member of our staff on site during your event. Our invoice will be issued when we are confident you are happy with our service.
Takedown & Removal
We’ll dismantle and remove the marquee at a date and time convenient to you, leaving you with nothing but happy memories of a successful event!
